Medical equipments - Amendment to Notification No. 65/88-Cus. Notification No. 129/91-Cus. Dated 11-9-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 65/88-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1988, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, under the heading "(C) OTHER MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS", after item number 149 and the entry relating thereto, the following item number and the entry shall be inserted, namely :- "150. Intravenous Cannulae and tubing for long term use".
