Amendment to Notification No. 31/82-Cus. [Chapter 48] Notification No. 75/91-Cus. Dated 25- 7-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 31/82-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1982, namely :- In the Table annexed to said notification, against S. No 1, in column (3), for the letters, figures and words "Rs. 450 per tonne", the word "Nil" shall be substituted.
