Extention of validity period of customs Notification No. 522/86 Notification No. 38/91-Cus. Dated 25-3-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that in the interest of development of the domestic automobile industry, it is necessary so to do hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 522/86-Customs, dated the 31st December, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1991", the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1992" shall be substituted.
