Amendment to Notification No. 110/86-Cus. [Heading 98.01] Notification No. 298/90-Cus. Dated 20-12-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-item (6) of heading No. 98.01 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, having regard to the economic development of the country, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 110/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, after Serial No. 20 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted namely :- "(21) Konkan Railway Project."
