Sparking plugs - Amendment to Notification No. 105/90-Cus. Notification No. 199/90-Cus. Dated 18-6-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 105/90-Customs, dated the 20th March, 1990, namely :- In the said notification, for the figures and words "100% ad valorem", the figures and words "Rs. 10 per piece" shall be substituted.
