Jurisdiction - Amending notification no. 14/2002 dated 8-3-2003 NOTIFICATION NO 1/2006 - CE (NT) Dated: January 3, 2006 G.S.R.4 (E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.), G.S.R.182 (E) dated the 8 th March, 2002, namely: In the said notification, in Table III, for Sl. No.71 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) "71.
