Specified yarn falling within Chapter 54 or 55 Notification No. 280/89-Cus. Dated 13-12-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 38/78-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1978, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, against S. No. 6, for the entry under column (3), the entry "Nil" shall be substituted.
