Amendment to Notification No. 287/87-Cus. - Validity extended [ Ch. 74] Notification No. 212/89-Cus. Dated 31-7-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 287/87-Customs, dated the 7th August, 1987, namely :- In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of July, 1989" the figures, letters and words "31st day of July, 1990" shall be substituted.
