Rescinds four notifications Notification No. 175/89-Cus. Dated 29-5-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- 1. 68/87-Customs, dated 1-3-1987. 2. 69/87-Customs, dated 1-3-1987. 3. 124/87-Customs, dated 1-3-1987. 4. 257/88-Customs, dated 21-9-1988. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 1989.
