Amendment to Notification No. 67/87-Cus. [Chapter 98] - 120/89 - Customs -TariffExtract Amendment to Notification No. 67/87-Cus. [Chapter 98] Notification No. 120/89-Cus. Dated 1-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 67/87-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1987, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, - (i) against Sl. No. 1, in column (3), for the figures and words "35 percent", the figures and words "40 percent" shall be substituted; and (ii) against Sl. No. 2, in column (3), for the figures and words "25 percent", the figures and words "30 percent" shall be substituted.
