Dated 1-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue and Banking or the Department of Revenue, as the case may be, namely:- 1. 129/76-Customs dated the 2nd August, 1976. 2. 238/78-Customs dated the 22nd December, 1978. 3. 213/81-Customs dated the 24th September, 1981. 4. 41/86-Customs dated the 17th February, 1986. 5. 73/86-Customs dated the 17th February, 1986. 6. 74/86-Customs dated the 17th February, 1986. 7. 75/86-Customs dated the 17th February, 1986. 8. 76/86-Customs dated the 17th February, 1986. 9. 121/86-Customs dated the 17th February, 1986. 10. 123/86-Customs dated the 17th February, 1986. 11. 124/86-Customs dated the 17th February, 1986.
