Rate of exchange Notification No. 358/87-Cus. Dated 13-11-1987 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue No. 329-Cus. [S.O. 865 (E)], dated 28th September, 1987 namely :- In the Schedule below the said notification for Serial Nos. 1, 7, 14, 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 1. Austrian Schillings 89.80 7. Dutch Guilders 14.420 14. Pound Sterling 4.3055 16. Swiss Francs 10.515 These rates will be effective from 16-11-1987.
