Amends Notification No. 339/85-Cus. - G.E. No. 57 Notification No. 352/87-Cus. Dated 10-11-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 339-Customs/85, dated the 21st November, 1985, namely :- In the Annexure to the said notification, against Sl. No. 9, in column 2, after the word "Fixtures", the words "Moulds, Dies, Instruments" shall be inserted.
