Dated 7-10-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 251-Customs, dated the 27th August, 1983, namely :- In the Table below the said notification, for Item No. 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following Item and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "5. The whole of the State of Goa. Collector of Cus toms, Bombay. Addl. Collector of Customs, Goa. Assistant Col lectors of Cus toms, Goa."
