Auxiliary duty Notification No. 313/87-Cus. Dated 15-9-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of Section 93 of the Finance Act, 1987 (11 of 1987), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. (1) (2) (3) 01. 206/87-Customs, dated the 12th May, 1987. In the Table annexed to the said Notification, Serial No. 20 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 02. 208/87-Customs, dated the 12th May, 1987." In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Serial No. 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "2A. 39 (i) Polystyrene of sub-heading Nos. 3903.11 and 3903.19 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975); (ii) Polyvinyl Chloride of sub-heading Nos. 3904.10, 3904.21 and 3904.22 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975)."
