Auxiliary duty Notification No. 121/87-Cus. Dated 1-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 49 of the Finance Act, 1986 (23 of 1986), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :- 1.
