Amendments to Notification No. 69/86 Notification No. 102/87-Cus. Dated 1-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 69/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely:- In the Table annexed to the said notification, - (1) against Serial No. 3, in column (3), for the words "all parts and accessories other than parts and accessories" the words "Accessories other than those" shall be substituted; (2) against Serial No. 4A, in Column (3), item (a) shall be omitted; (3) against Serial Nos. 6, 8, 10, 10A and 12 in column (3), for the words "Parts and accessories" whereever they occur, the word "Accessories" shall be substituted; (4) against Serial No. 6A, in column (3), for the words "All parts and accessoires other than parts and accessories", the words "Accessories other than those" shall be substituted; (5) against Serial No 7, in column (3), in item (a) the word "parts" shall be omitted; (6) against Serial No. 13, in column (3), for the words "All goods", the word "Accessories" shall be substituted.
