Exemption to goods for use in leather industry Notification No. 97/87-Cus. Dated 1-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is nece ssary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 224/85-Customs, dated the 9th July, 1985, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for Sl. No. 10 and entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) "10. Buckles, rings, metallic decoratives pieces, magnetic buttons, metal frames, tacks, rivets and washers."
