Amendment to Notification No. 227/76 Notification No. 92/87-Cus. Dated 1-3-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Banking) No. 227-Customs, dated the 22nd August, 1976, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, for S. No. 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) "4. Polymers of Propylene, - (i) Copolymers of Propylene 50% ad valorem plus Rs. 5,000 per tonne (ii) Others 35% ad valorem plus Rs. 2,500 per tonne."
