Black sheets for solar energy equipments Notification No. 355/86-Cus Dated 12-6-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 242/86-Customs, dated the 11th April, 1986, namely :- In the said notification, for the words "black continuously plated solar selective coating sheets an out lengths or in coils", the words and brackets "black continuously plated solar selective coating sheets (in cut lengths or in coils), fins and tubes" shall be substituted.
