Effective rates of duty for goods falling under Chapters 25, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 38 and 98 Notification No. 354/86-Cus. Dated 17-6-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 136/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, against Sl. No. 73, in column (3), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Writing ink and other inks except printing ink.".
