Drilling rigs and spares thereof imported for rural water supply project Notification No. 339/86-Cus. Dated 11-6-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 129-Customs, dated the 16th April, 1985, namely:- In the said notification, for condition (ii), the following condition shall be substituted, namely:- "(ii) the C.I.F. value of the said spares imported in a financial year does not exceed 10 per cent of the total C.I.F. value of the drilling rigs imported under this notification.".
