Area specified with regard to the vulnerability to smuggling Notification No. 318B/86-Cus. Dated 14-5-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 11H of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, having regard to the vulnerability to smuggling of the area mentioned in the Schedule hereto annexed, hereby specifies the said area as specified area for the purposes of the said Act. THE SCHEDULE The inland area, one hundred kilometres in width, from the India's land border with Burma falling within the territories of the States of Nagaland, Manipur and the Union territory of Mizoram.
