Taloja - Warehousing station Notification No. 231/86-Cus. Dated 2-4-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation area Taloja in Raigad District in the State of Maharashtra to be a warehousing station for the purpose of setting up hundred per cent export-oriented units.
