Fogging machines Notification No. 216/86-Cus. Dated 21-3-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 319-Customs, dated the 16th October, 1985, namely :— In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and word "31st March, 1986", the figures, letters and word "31st March, 1987" shall be substituted.
