Project imports Notification No. 177/86-Cus. Dated 1-3-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that, it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 132/85-Customs, dated 19th April, 1985, namely :— In the said notification, for the figures and words "20 per cent ad valorem" the figures and words "30 per cent ad valorem" shall be substituted.
