Amendment to 30 Notifications Notification No. 168/86-Cus. Dated 1-3-1886 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 130/86-Customs dated the 17th February, 1986, namely :— (a) against Sl. No. 5 in column (2) for the figures "0910.99" the figures "0904.20" shall be substituted; (b) after Sl. No. 11 and the entry relating to the following Sl. No. and the entry shall be inserted, namely :— (1) (2) (3) (4) "11A 2917.37 Dimethyl terephthalate 140 per cent ad valorem ".
