Amending Notification Notification No. 14/86-Cus. Dated 17-1-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. TABLE Sl. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 45-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1979. In the Table annexed to the said notification, Sl. Nos. 23 and 24 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 2. 208-Customs, dated the 22nd September, 1981. In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, under the Heading "A. Life Saving Drugs or Medicines", item Nos. 23, 24 and 34 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted. 3. 57-Customs, dated the 17th March, 1985. In the Schedule to the said notification, for Sl. No. 14 and the entry relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and entry shall be substituted, namely :— "14. 7 ACA and 7 ADCA.".
