Goods falling under Heading 29.01/45(1) Notification No. 12/86-Cus. Dated 17-1-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 228-Customs, dated the 16th August 1983, namely :— In the said notification, for the words "and Ethyleneamines namely, Ethylenediamine, Diethylenetriamine, Triethylenetetramine and Polyamines", the words, figures, brackets and letters", Ethyleneamines namely, Ethylenediamine, Diethylenetriamine, Triethylenetetramine and Polyamines and 6-Amino Pencillinic Acid (6-APA)" shall be substituted.
