(T E)/2009-10/JSFIn/424. - In exercise of the power conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 66 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) , read with rule 47 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 the Lt.
