Amends the notification No.66/2002-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated 25.10.2002 25 th September, 2003 Notification No. 79/2003 - Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs (Department of Revenue), No.66/2002-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 25 th October, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide, G.S.R. 724(E), dated the 25 th October, 2002, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such amendment, namely:- In the said notification, for the words and letters “Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Unit, New Customs House, IGI Airport, New Delhi”, the words and brackets ”Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Customs House, New Delhi” shall be substituted.
