Appointment of common adjudication authority of Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo Complex), New Delhi New Delhi, the 23rd December. 2009 NOTIFICATION No. 185/2009-Customs (N.T.) S.O. 3275(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 and sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo Complex), New Delhi to act as a common adjudication authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on,- (i) the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo Complex), Kolkata; (ii) the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo Complex) Mumbai; (iii) the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (ICD CONCOR), Jaipur; and (iv) the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs. JNCH, Nhava Sheva for the purpose of adjudication the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s. Wings (India) Fashions Private Limited and Others issued vide DRI F.No. 840/JPR/19-XLVIII/2008, dated the 15th January, 2009, by the Assistant Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi [F.
