Commencement Notification for Sections 20, 21, and 22 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 - S.O. 75(E) - Special Economic Zone

Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 13th January, 2010 S.O. 75(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th January, 2010 as the date on which Sections 20 , 21 and 22 of the said Act shall come into force.
