Adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Bata India limited 7th November, 2003 Notification No. 98 /2003 - Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.29/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 23 rd April, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i ), dated the 23 rd April, 2003 vide No. G.S.R.351 (E), dated the 23 rd April, 2003, namely: - In the said notification, for the words and letters “Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, IGI Airport, New Delhi”, the words, letters and brackets “Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Custom House, IGI Airport, New Delhi” shall be substituted.
