CORRIGENDUM - CBEC hereby appoints the Commissioner for the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Global Exim Inc, M/s H.M. International, M/S B.M. Exports - Notification No. 57/2008 Corrigendum to Notification No. 57/2008-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 30-10-2009 In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 57/2008-Customs (N.T.), dated the 29th May, 2008 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide S.O. 1263(E), dated the 29th May, 2008, at page 6,- for "(i) the Commissioner of Customs, New Customs House, Mumbai and (ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, New Customs House, Kolkata" read "(i) the Commissioner of Customs (Export), New Custom House, Mumbai; (ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Kolkata; (iii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, New Custom House, Kolkata; and (iv) the Joint Commissioner of Customs (Export), New Custom House, Mumbai".
