New Delhi , Dated 16 March, 2010 G.S.R. 193(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 24/2005-Central Excise (N.T.) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) ,vide, number G.S.R. 304(E), dated the 13th May, 2005, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 14, in column (2), in item number (2) for the word "Cochin" , the word "Bangalore" shall be substituted;.
