Rescinds the Notification No. S.O. 454(E), dated 23rd February, 2010 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , dated the 3rd August, 2010 S.O. 1899(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide S.O. 454(E), dated 23rd February, 2010 .
