Notification : No. SO 164(E), dated 14 2 1994. Subject:- Prescribed authority for endorsing forms of transfer of shares in pursuance of section 108(1A) SO 164(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub section (1A) of section 108 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), read with sub-rule (1) of rule 5A of the Companies (Central Government s) General Rules and Forms, 1956 the Central Government hereby appoints the Official Liquidator, High Court, Indore, in the State of Madhya Pradesh, as prescribed authority for the purposes of clause (a) of sub-section (1A) of section 108 of the said Act.
