Notification: No. SO 474(E), dated 28-6-1994. Subject:- Power to punish for contempt-Notified Law Officer for the purposes of clause (b) of section 13B S.O. 474(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 13B of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969), the Central Government hereby notifies the First Additional Solicitor General of India for the purpose of the said clause.
