Substitution of sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Companies (Fees on Applications) Rules, 1999 - GSR 578(E), - Companies Law

GSR 578(E), DATED 5-8-1999, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS Subject:- Substitution of sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Companies (Fees on Applications) Rules, 1999 G.S.R. 578(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 642, read with sub-section (2) of section 637A of the Companies Act, 1956(1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Companies (Fees on Applications) Rules, 1999, namely : 1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Fees on Applications) Amendment Rules, 1999. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Companies (Fees on Applications) Rules, 1999, in rule 1, for sub-rule (2), the following shall be substituted, namely : "(2) They shall come into force on 10th August, 1999."
