MINISTRY OF COMPANY AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION File No. 52/16/CAB-2004, New Delhi, the 24 th November, 2005 Subject:- Issue of Cost Audit Orders in respect of Electricity Companies In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 233B of the Companies Act, 1956, Ministry of Company Affairs has issued audit order to the effect that audit of cost accounting records as maintained under Cost Accounting Records (Electricity Industry) Rules, 2001 be conducted in respect of the following electricity companies for the financial year ending 31-3-2006 and every financial year thereafter: Sl.
