Withdrawal of exemption given under Section 303(2) of the Companies Act, 1956 vide S.O. 1578 dated 1st July'1961 in respect of companies licensed under Section 25 of the Act - S.O. 2219(E), - Companies LawExtract MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS ORDER S.O. 2219(E), New Delhi, the 28 th December, 2007 Subject:- Withdrawal of exemption given under Section 303(2) of the Companies Act, 1956 vide S.O. 1578 dated 1st July'1961 in respect of companies licensed under Section 25 of the Act S.O. 2219(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the notification number S.O. 1578, dated the 1st July, 1961, namely : 1. In the said notification, in the Table, the word, figures and brackets, Section 303(2) in column (1) and the words The whole in column (2) shall be omitted. 2. (1) Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 1, every company existing on the date of coming into force of this order shall file Form 32 of the Companies (Central Government s) General Rules and Forms, 1956 in respect of any change among its directors, managing director, manager or secretary that has occurred after the date of filing of Form DIN-3 under rule 6 of the Companies (Director Identification Number) Rules, 2006, till the date of coming into force of these orders. (2) If the particulars as referred to in sub-paragraph (1) is filed within sixty days from the date of commencement of this order, such company shall be exempted from payment of the fee prescribed therefor : Provided that if any company files such particulars after the expiry of the said period of sixty days such company shall pay the fee and the additional fees provided under section 611 of the said Act. 3.
