GSR 876(E), DATED 24-12-2008, New Delhi, the 24 th December, 2008 Subject:- Companies (Central Government s) General Rules and Forms (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2008 - Amendment in rule 20A; insertion of Form 67 GSR 876(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 642 read with section 610B of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Companies (Central Government s) General Rules and Forms, 1956, namely : 1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Central Government s) General Rules and Forms (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2008. (2) These rules shall come into force from 15-2-2009. 2. In the Companies (Central Government s) General Rules and Forms, 1956, ( i ) after sub-rule (2) of rule 20A, the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely : (3) Any further information called for, in respect of an application or e-Form or document, filed electronically, with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on its website, namely, www.mca.gov.in, shall be furnished in Form No. 67 as an addendum; ( ii ) in the Annexure A , after Form No. 66, the following form shall be inserted, namely : Form 67 Form for filing addendum for rectification of defects or incompleteness [Pursuant to Rule 20A(3) of the Companies (Central Government s) General Rules and Forms, 1956] Note - All fields marked in* are to be mandatorily filled. 1. *Service request number (SRN) of relevant form(s) Pre-fill (Mention SRN of relevant form(s) in respect of which addendum is being filed.
