[PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY PART - II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (ii)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS Notification New Delhi, the 22 nd April, 2010 Subject:- Constitution of National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards - Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 1800(E), dated 21-7-2009 S.O. 913(E), In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 21st July, 2009 vide number S.O. 1800(E), dated the 21st, July, 2009, namely : In the said notification, against serial No. (2), for the entry Shri Uttam Prakash Agarwal, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , the entry Shri Amarjit Chopra, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India shall be substituted.
