MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) New Delhi, the 9 th November, 2011 Subject:- Amendment in the Notification No. S.O.3015 (E), dated 22th December, 2010 for the words Gems and jewellery , the words Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services shall be substituted. S.O. 2525(E).- The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 hereby makes the following amendment in the Ministry of Commerce and industry Notification No. S.O. 3015(E), dated 22th December, 2010 for Sector specific Special Economic Zone at Village Bhondsi, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurgaon in the State of Haryana by M/s. Goldsouk International Gems Jewellery SEZ Private Limited, namely:- In the paragraph 1 for the words Gems and jewellery , the words Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services shall be substituted.
