MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND NDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION Notification Dated 28-3-2012 U/s. 4 of the SEZ Act, 2005 - Set up a Sector for handicraft, District Jaipur the State of Rajasthan - M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Ltd.has now proposed for the denotification of 1.095 hectares areas and inclusion of 52.093 hectares area in the above SEZ, and the Central Government considering the said proposal approved and conveyed S.O. 632(E),- Whereas, M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for handicraft sector at Village Kalwara, Tehsil Sanganer, District Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan; And, whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules, 2006 , had notified an area of 102.7659 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 40(E), dated 6th January, 2009; And whereas, M/s. Mahindra World City (Jaipur) Limited has now proposed for the denotification of 1.095 hectares areas and inclusion of 52.093 hectares area in the above Special Economiz Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 27th December, 2011; And, whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled; Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 ; the Central Government herby denotifies area of 1.095 hectares and notifies an additional area of 52.093 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 153.7639 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the tables, namely :- TABLE FOR DENOTIFICATION (Area is in hectares) Sl.
