Amends Notifications No. 05/2013-Customs and 06/2013-Customs dated 18/02/2013 - Post Export EPCG Duty Credit Scrip Scheme - 07/2013 - Customs -Tariff

[PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 07 / 2013-Customs New Delhi, the 19th February, 2013 G.S.R. 106 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table below, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely :- Table Sl.No. Notification number and date Amendments (1) (2) (3) 1. 05/2013-Customs, dated the 18 th February, 2013, v ide number G.S.R. 99 (E), dated the 18 th February, 2013. In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in condition (16), for the words already made under this exemption , the words and figures already made under this exemption and the debits made under the notification No. 02 of 2013-Central Excise, dated the 18 th February, 2013, shall be substituted. 2. 06/2013-Customs, dated the 18 th February, 2013, v ide number G.S.R. 100 (E), dated the 18 th February, 2013. In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in condition (16), for the words already made under this exemption , the words and figures already made under this exemption and the debits made under the notification No. 03 of 2013-Central Excise, dated the 18 th February, 2013, shall be substituted.
