ESTATE, NEW DELHI-110002 No.F.5 (54)/Policy-II/VAT/ 2012-13/1331-1343 Dated: 05/03/2013 NOTIFICATION No.F.5 (54)/Policy-II/VAT/Amendment/2012-13/ -WHEREAS the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India vide letter No. D-II/451/12(44)/2007 dated 16/01/2013 has informed to the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi that name of delegation of the Commission of the European Communities (European Commission) has been changed to the Delegation of the European Union as per the treaty of Lisbon amendment which was signed on 13th December, 2007and which entered into force on 1st December, 2009. And whereas, presently facilities for exemption /refund of VAT in respect of official purchase is available to the pre-revised name European Commission. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 103 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 3 of 2005) , I hereby make the following amendments in the sixth schedule of the said Act namely: AMENDMENTS In the Sixth Schedule of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004- (Delhi Act 03 of 2005), in the entry at Sl.
