Seeks to further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number 14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 8th March, 2002 - 05/2013 - Central Excise - Non Tariff

New Delhi, the Dated, 6th March, 2013 G.S.R 161(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002 , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) number 14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 8th March, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), vide number G.S.R. 182(E), dated the 8th March, 2002 , namely:- In the said notification, in Table III, for serial number 42 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- 42 Commissioner of Central Excise (Appeals), Mysore (i) Belgaum, (ii) Mysore, (iii) Mangalore [F. No. 208/21/2012-CX.6] (M.K. Sinha) Director to the Government of India Note.- The principal notification number 14/2002-Central Excise (N.T.),dated the 8th March, 2002 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), vide number G.S.R.182 (E), dated the 8th March, 2002 , and the same was subsequently amended vide notification number 22/2002-Central Excise (N.T.) dated the 4th June, 2002 vide number G.S.R. 403(E), dated the 4th June, 2002 and was last amended vide notification number 30/2012- Central Excise (N.T.) dated 20th November, 2012, vide number G.S.R. 835 (E), dated the 20th November, 2012
