Adjudication of specified case 17th December, 2004 Notification No. 137 /2004-Customs (N.T) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise(Adjudication), Air Cargo Complex, New Customs House, New Delhi, to act as, - (i) Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; (ii) Commissioner of Customs(Port), Chennai; (iii) Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad; (iv) Commissioner of Central Excise, Chennai-III; and (v) Commissioner of Customs, Jamnagar, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Kartik Overseas Ltd, office no.1, Corporate Centre, C-48, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi and Others, issued, vide, F.No. DRI/23/42/2003/DZU-Pt/3242-3545, dated the 10 th September, 2004 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6 th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, C.G.O.
